The landscape project

Landscape designing is the complex of actions spent for drawing up of the project at which realization; all works will be performed on gardening and an accomplishment. At work on creation of the landscape project there are considered wishes and specific features of the customer, natural features of the given territory, and also possibility of their change. The project of landscape design represents the complete set of the preliminary design and design documents including all necessary information about a plot, drawings and plans of the territory, existing and planned constructions, financial documents, possessing with which, you even prior to the beginning of manufacture of works receive full representation about a new life of a site, terms and cost of realization of the project.

Pre-planning works

Preliminary design works represent a visual estimation of your site, and also a complex of necessary preliminary researches:

Topographical photo of territory is intended for representation reception about an existing relief. Reflects slopes, heights, marshes, and also existing vegetation. All these details are put on the topographical plan on which basis, taking into account an estimation of an existing situation, all engineering works are planned: excavations, ground moving, drainage works, vertical gardening, conclusion of every possible levels etc.

The situational plan is based on topographical photo of territory. On this plan all existing buildings are specified. Also sites of adjoining district that is necessary for planning of access roads, the image of the central communications, low hanging wires, etc. are put on this plan.

The plan of existing communications always is made separately and has special importance. On the basis of this document all constructions with observance of the existing building norms, all again laid communications, wells and power networks are planned. Taking into account this plan all civil work are carried out, paths, arrivals and ramps break, and also landing of big trees is carried out.

The soil analysis (agrochemical indicators): comprehensive investigation of soil from the point of view of its suitability for the given assortment of plants. The given analysis includes tests of soil for acidity, mineral structure, the maintenance of humus (fertility), and also mechanical structure (lungs, heavy, sandy, loamy, etc.). The given analysis allows to use as much as possible an existing ground, and also if it is required, to change its characteristics to full conformity to design requirements.

Plot hydrology – a research of ground waters: the annual mode, deposit at a depth, level fluctuations, level of marsh, etc. Given analysis is very important and is one of criteria of selection of plants, their placing on a plot. Also this analysis is necessary at capital construction, a drainage lining, at the basis of design features of constructions, at a lining of paths, building and installation of small architectural forms (fountains, a barbecue, a sculpture, children's game and sports forms), at building of ladders and retaining walls.

Inventory of existing vegetation - census of all existing plants and their drawing on the plan. It is necessary for an estimation of suitability of the given plants, a harmony with the general project and with the project of a plot gardening. On the basis of such estimation is made the decision on removal or preservation of existing plants.

Insolation analysis - research of a plot from the point of view of light exposure of its different fragments at various times days. It is necessary for planning of all complex of gardening and an accomplishment, beds placing and the device of lawns, the planting organization (and maintenance), planning of children's playgrounds and rest zones. After carrying out of all these researches and drawing up of corresponding documents there comes a stage of outline designing.

Outline designing of territory

The designer develops the basic concept of landscape design of your plot. Being guided by your wishes, your choice of plants (coniferous, deciduous, flower, ornamental shrubs, an orchard, lianas etc.), lawns (decorative, Mauritian etc.), small architectural forms (fountains, a barbecue, a sculpture, children's game and sports forms etc.), the designer combines it with other elements: reservoirs, illumination also co-ordinates in a uniform complex to quiet rest zones, children's playgrounds and so on. During the designing there is considered next number of factors: light exposure at various times days, necessity of installation of automatic watering systems, carrying out of communications, convenience of care of green plantings. As a result of this difficult process the general concept of an accomplishment is developed. The general sketch will visually present to you how the future project will look like, taking into account the aesthetic and technical sides.

Design works

After performance of pre-design works and the termination of outline designing there comes time of making landscape project. At this stage the designer carries out all working drawings on which all kinds of works on building, an accomplishment and gardening will be carried out. The bases on performance of drawings are the plans created at a stage of pre-design works, and also the confirmed sketches executed at a stage of outline designing.

The dendrology plan of a plot with a scale representation of all plants planned to landing, and also beds and lawns. An assortment list is attached to dendroplan in which the quantitative and specific structure of landed plants is specified.

The marking drawing of a lay-out represents the drawing of all constructions, both available, and under construction, including paths and SAF with a binding of each of

The landing drawing, made on a basis dendroplan, is intended for exact landing of all plants, laying-out beds and flower beds. The binding of each seat is carried out. Lawns are designated.

An addition can be made:

The plan of a vertical lay-out a reflecting relief of a site with instructions of measurements of heights. All planned embankments and dredging are put on the given plan, a relief of a site, heights and biases of paths. This document allows to make a cartogram of earthen weights: to count up the exact volumes of a ground which are subject to moving on a site, and also subject to export and delivery on territory. On the basis of this plan are projected gutters of water from melted snow.

The project of drainage system represents the plan of drainage lines, deposit at a depth of drains, vertical cuts of the given constructions, and also a direction of biases. Lifting and recessions of ground waters, depth of a natural waterproof layer and water soil horizons are thus considered.

The electric equipment and electric lighting project. Consists of the basic electric scheme, the plan of laid and available lines with instructions of a site of consumers of an electric current: lighting devices, pumps and electric drives, and also electric boards and points of connection of electric garden technics. The equipment specification is applied on the plan.

Automatic watering system project.. Consists of the plan of traces, the plan with instructions of zones of irrigation, calculations of water delivery and norms of the expense and watering.

The reservoir project includes the separate list of documents: the reservoir plan, a perspective view, cuts of a structure of elements of a reservoir, cascades and falls, the specification of the equipment and materials.

The project of Small Architectural Forms (fountains, a barbecue, a sculpture, children's game and sports forms etc.): consists of graphic sketches, drawings SAF and their separate elements. Working out SAF under already existing design is possible. In case of planning not typical SAF according to existing design, if necessary - their separate knots are made, cuts are put, kinds and sketches become.

Detailed developed fragments of sites of a garden, flower beds, rock gardens are made with necessary sketches and plans.

Perspective drawings of separate elements of a landscape (sketches): nurseries and athletic sports grounds, vacation places, SAF.

finishing planning, coordinates and establishes with the customer materials of all kinds of coverings and paving, lighting and electric equipments, SAF, assortment list of plants. Affirm the calendar plan-schedule of workswith stage-by-stage instructions of terms of the beginning and the termination of all works on the given site. An estimation of all works on building, gardening and an accomplishment includes cost of all materials, works and transport expenses. After it begins the stage of realization of the developed project, finishing with passing it in exploitation according to the contract.
